To receive a quote from Dadusc Indexing, please provide as much of the following

information as possible:

 

*         Contact name and publisher

*         Email address

*         Phone number

 

*         Title of book/project

*         Subject

*         Intended audience of book

*         Estimated number of typeset pages

 

*         Date of delivery of page proofs

*         Deadline for completed index

 

Style of formatting standards to be used (see “ Style Considerations”)

Materials within the book to be indexed—appendices, illustrations, etc.

 

 

Rates vary according to project specifications and subject. Per-page is the most

common, although per-hour and flat rates are available.
